30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our sun protection products. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.
Return Eligibility & Personal Hygiene Requirements
Due to strict personal health, skin safety, and sanitary regulations regarding skincare products:
• Sunscreen lotions, sunblock sprays, sticks, after-sun lotions, and skincare formulas MUST remain unopened, unused, and in their original factory shrink-wrap or tamper-evident safety seal intact. Opened, tested, or partially used skincare items cannot be returned or refunded for health and hygiene safety reasons.
• Sun care accessories and non-liquid items must be completely unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage, exposure to extreme heat, or misuse are not eligible for return.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects, broken pump dispensers upon delivery, or incorrect items shipped are eligible for a 100% full refund or free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, unsealed, swatched, or used sunscreen products and skincare liquids (for sanitary reasons).
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unopened items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email support@sunscreendiscount.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos of the item showing its intact factory seal.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the unopened item securely in its original packaging along with all included accessories.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Dallas facility to confirm hygiene seal compliance, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different SPF factor, formula type, or bottle size, please return your unopened original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Leaking Products Upon Delivery
If your order arrives leaking, cracked, or damaged during transport, please contact support@sunscreendiscount.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the issue. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
